I came in to get my windshield wiper blades replaced first thing in the morning and was in and out in no time! I had a free cup of coffee and also got to enjoy a funny TV show in their comfy lounge. They had no issue with washing my car, even though it took longer to do so than it did to replace my blades. They were very friendly and I appreciated that my day started out with a smile. More

This is my 5th Honda purchased at this dealership, Honda of Joliet. My first one, a Civic is still going strong as my Son is still driving it. I purchased this past week my 4th CRV. I leased all of them, and the price is fair, the lease terms are great, but most important is the staff of the dealership from the salesman, Josh tornabeni, to the management, and finance person. All of them are helpful, professional, and extremely helpful. Josh while helping me clean out the "old" CRV, found a receipt for oil change. He took me over to the service dept., and then pointed out I spent an extra $40 per oil change going to a Quilk Lube. I will use the Honda of Joliet Service dept. in the future. The entire experience for getting my 2014 Twilight Blue Honda (the color was most important to me this time) was most EXCELLENT. More

For the last several weeks my son has been searching for his first vehicle. We had located a Honda Civic on line and contacted the Dealership to verify that the car was still in stock. Josh answered all of our questions over the phone and even went out to physically check to be sure that the car was still on the lot. We made the trip to Honda of Joliet. Once we were there, we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who very politely got us a seat and located Josh for us. Never making us feel awkward because we were already searching for a specific salesman, I do not remember his name. Josh was extremely helpful and Forthcoming. We felt absolutely no pressure and more importantly my son felt no pressure to purchase anything. We felt that Josh was extremely honest and had great character. I had a great experience with this dealership and the salesman, Josh, who helped me to get the car that I wanted. One problem that I had was that my co-signer is a couple hours away and could not make it up to the dealership any time soon, he actually drove to my co- signer in order to get the paperwork finished so that I could have my new car, he really went above and beyond to do as much as he possibly could to get the car for me in a timely manner. The staff overall is awesome, I had a chance to talk to plenty Of them and they were all excited for me to upgrade from my '98 escort, I was probably congratulated at least five times by different employees. I was given the chance to ask as many questions as I needed to, and was given more information than I even thought I needed. Josh gave me a tour of the facility and made sure I knew that if anything went wrong with the car I could bring it back and they could take care of anything that I needed, and I definitely will! Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Honda of Joliet to anyone, and for anyone looking for a great salesman, Josh is the guy to talk to, he will definitely do his best to get you what you're looking for!
