I purchased a vehicle and within 2 weeks I ran into a concern/issue that I wanted to discuss the dealership. I spoke with Shawn (manager) and he was very dismissive and rude. He never asked me for my nam concern/issue that I wanted to discuss the dealership. I spoke with Shawn (manager) and he was very dismissive and rude. He never asked me for my name, phone number, what vehicle I purchased or any other basic information. He continued to talk over me throughout our conversation. It wasn’t until I brought this behavior to his attention that he then asked me for my information & then ultimately stated that he couldn’t “help”, as he has to “draw the line” on when he can and can’t help customers. I understand that there is only so much one can do, however, there was no genuine concern or compassion towards me as the customer. Very poor customer service skills. I would recommend speaking to another manager if possible, especially if you want your concerns heard. Still recommending this dealership because I had a great experience purchasing our new vehicle with our salesman, Manny, but definitely am not happy with how I was treated by the manager, Shawn. More

Joe was pleasant and upbeat during our interaction. The dealership was very busy, late on a Friday, but he seemed genuinely interested in helping me. I was looking for a particular used vehicle that was not a Honda and Joe knew exactly which car I was talking about as soon as I mentioned it. In fact I think he liked the car so much he would have bought it! Joe did a great job of allowing me to buy a car vs trying to sell me one. I can't understate how important that aspect was. It was dark outside so he had the car pulled into the loading bay, after my test drive, where it was well lit so I could thoroughly inspect the car myself without someone draped over my shoulder. In addition I also test drove the car by myself which was nice. He listened and after a little back and forth we made it happen. I never felt a sense of pressure during the process. Eddie was personable and efficient with our time in the finance room. Process was quick and painless. Thank you to Joe and Eddie for their help and I would highly recommend working with them to anyone. 5 stars across the board. More
