I apologize that we have not met your expectations. We attempt to provide a very comprehensive service for our customers. We did provide a free inspection at your request. While we were unable to identify any noises we did identify the vibration caused by the tires. Keeping a vehicle aligned and wheels balanced extends tire life, maintains fuel economy by reduced rolling resistance and assists vehicle handling. It is our legal and ethical obligation to provide information to every customer concerning the needs of their vehicle. We also have a policy that it is a terminable offense to attempt to sell unneeded work. I hope that you will return to us for more than just your warranty needs in the future. Our prices are shopped routinely against independent repair facilities so we can maintain competitive pricing. Our diagnosis policy is within industry norms.
