My daughter went to a chevy dealership and we ended up having problems with them. We spoke to Missy Morrill at Honda about it. She was so frustrated with the other place. She called them and even went there with us to straighten it out. My daughter immediately traded her chevy in for a honda. They will go above and beyond to work with you to make sure you can actually afford what you're buying and that you will love what you buy. When I take the car for service, they are very helpful and make sure we understand what's going on. The dealership is very clean and even kind of "homey". I can't say enough about them. If anybody needs a new or used car, this is definitely the place to go. More

Very Low Stress I walked into the dealership and was immediately greeted by a friendly sales consultant - Nelson Caban. I told him what I was looking for and within m I walked into the dealership and was immediately greeted by a friendly sales consultant - Nelson Caban. I told him what I was looking for and within minutes was provided a list of several options. He made suggestions based on the provided CarFax reports. he even took the time to explain the service record of the vehicle I was most interested in. After the test drive, I was sure I made the right decision with Nelson's guidance. The negotiating was very relaxed and although I didn't get the exact price I wanted for my trade in, Nelson explained every detail the appraiser noted in full detail as to what my car was actually worth. We were able to meet at a more than reasonable price for the vehicle I purchased within a matter of seconds. When it came time to talk financing, I was given a list of options based on my qualifications. Nelson took the time to explain each option and answered several other financial questions despite his area of expertise being in sales. The finance expert continued to provide other helpful answers to questions as well. The paperwork was explained in full detail and I did not feel like I was being pressured to 'sign my life away'. My entire experience felt cool, calm, and collected. My only complaint is that the communication between the dealership and their bank, in regard to credit-check and financing, took longer than expected, however, the staff reassured they were doing everything they could to move the process along and made sure I knew where all amenities were located, including coffee, water, snacks, and more comfortable seating. A+! More

It was nice to see that he remembered me from the last time I purchased a vehicle from him and like other dealerships who forget who you are after you sign the paper work, very refreshing experience from start to finish. Upon entering the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Josh Tornabeni. I shared my interest in the CR-V and he proceeded to tell me about the vehicle and take me for a test drive. Knowing that I was not interested in making any movement to purchasing a vehicle that day, he gladly discussed the vehicle but did not pressure me into purchasing one. Happy with his informative, no-pressure demeanor, I went back specifically to Josh a couple of days ago to make my CR-V purchase and I had a great experience! Buying my vehicle was a simple and seamless experience. Josh quickly located the vehicle I wanted, gave me a very fair price on my trade-in, and even worked with the financing department to allow me to finance through Honda instead of a credit union. There were no tricks or gimmicks and I feel that I was treated with the utmost respect. Josh even gave me a tour of the service department so that when I come in for service, I will know where to go and how my vehicle will be serviced. Josh definitely went above and beyond to make my vehicle purchase a great one; he even took time out of his busy New Year's Eve sales day to drive to Schaumburg to pick up my CR-V! Once she decided on her 2014 Civic, Starr coordinated her info with finance and she literally drove her new car out in 90 minutes. I wasn't really planning on a lease until the new year, but Starr explained the benefits and I received an awesome deal from Tim, the Sales Manager to drive out in my 2015 Milano Red Fit. During my time at the dealership, both Tim and the Finance Manager, Mike, came over to Starr's cubicle, shook my hand, and made the whole transaction very personable.
