They helped me find exactly what i was looking for at a great price. Being a first time car buyer, i had very little credit history which made it difficult to even get financed in the first place, but with the work of these 2 gentlemen they were able to get me approved with a low rate. Im so happy leaving here today! Definitely recommend to everyone. More

They worked with me to get me the number I was looking for. They were fast and reasonable. It was an impressive transaction and my wife and I now have a brand new Honda Odyssey EX-L. I recently decided to trade my 2006 Odyssey in and visited their new car sales area. In the past, while in the service area, I heard a customer mention Josh Tornabeni's name and their good experience so I asked for Josh. I have a brother and brother-in-law who are both car salesman but neither deal in Honda but I trust them implicitly and that is how I felt after working with Josh. I have never been so impressed with a new car salesman in my life. The whole process started 6 weeks ago and never once was Josh too pushy. He told me it wasn't his style to bug a customer and he lived by that standard. If there was a decision to be made it would be on my time, not his. I received 2 follow up phone calls which to me was just right. I did end up purchasing a new CRV and felt Josh's knowledge and professionalism throughout was perfect. Needless to say I had a great experience with Josh plus Oren (Sales Manager) and Harvey (Leasing Manager) and would recommend them strongly. More

I wasn't 100% sure yet that I was going to purchase a new minivan, I till hadn't made up my mind. I spoke with Catherine to find out what I could get for my trade in and to find out what was the best deal they could give me on a new 2015 HOnda Odyssey. There was no haggling or going back and forth with her Manager, she gave me the best price for the vehicle right away. I felt no pressure to buy and I when I asked how long the offer was good for, she told me to simple take my time, there was no time limit. Of course, like most people, a car is a big purchase and before making my final decision, I also visited another dealer. I can tell you though, that the other dealer gave me the run around, back and forth several times before they even came close to where Honda of Joliet was and they were really pressuring me to take the minivan home that night. It was then and there I made up my mind to buy at Honda of Joliet even though it was a 40 minute trip from my house. I would highly recommend buying from this establishment. No haggle, no hassle buying and the entire staff there is friendly as can be. Catherine and Shahera made my buying experience a very easy one. They both made me feel so at ease that it took out the stress of buying a new car.
