Needless to say, when I sat down with Mike to discuss the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I definitely didn’t make the experience easy for him. Instead of being combative or trying to swindle me out of my requests, negotiations, and counter offers, Mike was able to put my distrust at ease and work with me to get the exact deal I wanted. He was very patient, listened to all my concerns, and didn’t seem like he was trying to make a quick buck off me. This was definitely the easiest, most comfortable, and most efficient car buying experience I have ever had, all thanks to Mike. More

Terrible service! I called them and made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived the service employee said "Do you have 2 or 3 hours to wait?". I replied, I m I called them and made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived the service employee said "Do you have 2 or 3 hours to wait?". I replied, I made an appointment. He laughed and said "Appointments don't mean anything here." I noticed there were several service employees standing around. I told him to forget it! I've owned several different vehicles over the years and never encountered that kind of shoddy service. Never will deal with them again. More
The whole car purchasing experience at Honda Joliet was great! They were short on staff (Friday) but the salesperson Joe, really knew what he was doing, taking care of multiple customer at once, yet things great! The financial department was stress-free, quick and before I know it, I was driving home very happy. Unfortunately their service department needed some work on how to better communicate with their costumers and to keep us informed. We had to returned the car in for repairs after weeks of owning it. We put in a lot of money towards the car and that we should know all of the details while the car is in service for a long period of time (almost 3 weeks in this case). Again Joe was there to informed me of the situation and gave me some clarification and updates so that I feel more at ease. I'm still giving this a 5 star since this was intended to be a sales review, but at the same time they need to know how I felt about their service department. More
