My first Accord was an LX standard, no extra's but the 2015 Accord EX-L is loaded with standard equipment at no extra cost. Accords are very comfortable to drive. I love driving my Accord. It's a good looking car, has great features and wonderful performance. Both my Honda's came from the Honda Superstore of Joliet. I sent an email, got a reply and drove off in my new car that day. As I entered the dealership I was warmly welcomed and introduced to Oren Ferguson. He was ready for me. He had my information on the computer and worked diligently to get me on the road. It took a little time but I got everything I wanted. I've bought a lot of cars in my time. Oren is by far the best salesperson I've had to deal with. He's got a great personality and a great sense of humor. THANKS!! More

So I started my search online and chatted with Shehera Boyd. She was very helpful and patient answering all my questions. We then set up a test drive appointment for the Accord coupe. My salesperson, Nelson Caban, couldn't have been nicer. He made the whole process so easy start to finish. Nelson was professional, knowledgeable and he answered all my and my son"s questions. We were T boned, pushed into a curbed median, the car flipped and we came to rest upside down in oncoming traffic. We were both relatively uninjured with only bruises and scrapes (thank you Honda for making such a safe car!), so when we got the insurance settlement for the car, we immediately wanted to buy a new Fit. We requested a quote online and were immediately contacted by Shahera Boyd who, although we didn't have the money yet, began looking around for the model and color we wanted. When we went to the dealership, Kurt met us at the door, heard our story and gave us fantastic service. In a few hours, we were driving off the lot with a brand new 2015 Honda Fit EX (in Passion Berry Pearl a very rare color). Kurt and Shahera were both very knowledgeable about the car, the local market, and all of our options. This being our first new car buying experience, we were expecting a hassle and some haggling, but Kurt was straight forward, honest, and helpful. Most comfortable, hassle-free vehicle purchase ever Having purchased new vehicles over the course of 40 years, purchasing my new 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L from the Honda Superstore of Joliet has been my most Having purchased new vehicles over the course of 40 years, purchasing my new 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L from the Honda Superstore of Joliet has been my most comfortable, hassle-free vehicle purchase experience ever. Starting with my internet communications with Jennifer Medina, I was able to obtain all the necessary information about the out-the-door pricing on the model and features desired. Due to personal schedule limitations, I was unable to get to the dealership in a timely manner to purchase the desired in-stock vehicle. That did not prevent the Honda Superstore of Joliet staff from obtaining the exact same vehicle model, color and features desired. When I was finally able to visit the dealership, I first met with Jennifer who introduced me to my Sales Consultant, Ted Turrisi . Ted and I discussed what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he did not steer me to a similar vehicle since it was important to me to find a vehicle I wanted without having any future regrets whatsoever. We were also joined by Missy Morrill and the three of us were discussing our common interests as if we knew each other for a number of years. After test driving the CR-V, we proceeded to return to the dealership and I was offered a price which beat all of the other offers I received to date from other dealerships, including those offered through the car buying service offered by my credit union and employer. Upon returning to the dealership a few days later to pick up my new CR-V, we were provided first class service and attention by all of the staff members without being pressured about financing or purchasing other dealer "value added" services. Since my oldest son is considering making his first new vehicle purchase in the not-too-distant future, I plan on introducing him to the staff at Honda Superstore of Joliet in order that he can enjoy the same new vehicle purchasing experience.
