Right down to business While shopping for a used CR-V, I visited 5 dealerships in all. It was a terrible experience for me as most salespersons were always trying to throw numbers at me that did not add up. I have bought several other cars in my past and have experienced first hand some rotten salespeople. I have to say KURT HOLZINGER was a pleasure to work with at Honda in Joliet. I would recommend him to family and friends. I have to also give a thumbs up to Starr Lack. We were the last people at the dealership on a late Wednesday evening and she showed professionalism and most important efficiency while closing the deal. Kudos to her!! More

Awesome I leased a new CR-V in December, 2013. I've been having trouble with my budget lately and figured I'd stop by the dealership and see if i could get o I leased a new CR-V in December, 2013. I've been having trouble with my budget lately and figured I'd stop by the dealership and see if i could get out of my lease and something with a lower payment. I couldn't believe they said they could!! They worked so hard and got me into an HR-V. After a few days, I realized I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. I went back less than 48 hours later and they were able to save me yet again. They put me in a 2015 Accord with all the bells & whistles and my payment still went down almost $60 from my CR-V!! I wasn't sure I would like a car since I've been in minivans and suv's for so long, but this car is great! I'm so thankful to all of them! More

There was a Lady that greeted us when going inside (I forgot her name) she was very nice & new what she was doing, she made us feel very welcome & comfortable!!!! Patrick our sales man is a very cool dude, very laid back & we didn't feel pressured at any time he answered all our questions, he was Great, he also gave us a call back the following day!! Harvey was also very helpful & worked everything out so that we can leave with our Honda Odyssey & not have to go back the following day (we drove about an hour & 30 minutes to get to Joliet). There was another older man who was very lovely & gave my children lollipops & coloring books. Everyone there was outstanding even the people we didn't get to talk too, everyone seemed very friendly & made us feel at home!!!! He is more than a salesman but a true customer service provider he continuously checks in on my family and myself, lastly after I visit any Honda service center he always checks in to make sure I had a pleasurable experience and everything was taken care of. Oren goes above and beyond and I think I will be a Honda customer for life not just because I love my Honda but I also love the fantastic customer service I am continuously given. I would definitely recommend Oren to anyone looking to buy a Honda in this area, and if you live within a decent driving distance it would be worth the extra drive time just to be able to have Oren as your sales person as I actually drove 6 hours to be able to work with him again!
