Excellent dealership with great deals and super service. My new Honda Pilot is the 5th car my family has purchased from this dealership. All with Oren Ferguson as the salesperson. Needless to say I would d My new Honda Pilot is the 5th car my family has purchased from this dealership. All with Oren Ferguson as the salesperson. Needless to say I would definitely recommend both Oren and the dealership as a great place to shop, buy and service your new Honda. Oren fought to get me a great deal which I had researched on the internet and at other dealerships. Then Oren had them hold a new Honda Pilot for me as I was out of town when it arrived. The car was held for over a week which for which I was grateful as the car was a much in demand 2016 Honda Pilot. I love my new Pilot and wish to thank Oren for a great deal, Harvey for a great price on an extended warranty, and Rick, the general manager, for letting Oren and Harvey work for my complete satisfaction. Standing behind the Hondas they sell I purchased a used Honda and issues came up in the safety and road worthiness of the vehicle and they took care of it by providing the labor and I bou I purchased a used Honda and issues came up in the safety and road worthiness of the vehicle and they took care of it by providing the labor and I bought the parts. The most unprofessional group of Salesman EVER!!!! I was recently here it took quite some time to get a salesman they kept passing me off to others. I walked by the glass office and the sales managers I was recently here it took quite some time to get a salesman they kept passing me off to others. I walked by the glass office and the sales managers were Complaining about how they love selling cars and making no money. I will be buying my Accord but it will not be at Honda Of Joliet More
