My only other interaction was with Jacques (sales manager) and Bob Anderson in service. Obviously the most important thing is I walked out of there with the car I wanted at the price I wanted, but I was very happy with the way I was treated from start to finish. More

Recall becomes a pleasant experience The pleasant experience started when customer service called several times while we were out of town to inform us of a recall on the brake master of o The pleasant experience started when customer service called several times while we were out of town to inform us of a recall on the brake master of our 2006 Honda Oddessey . She expressed the urgency of the recall which caught our attention, so we returned the call as soon as we got home. She gave us an appointment for the next day at a time that was very convenient for me, and arranged for a rental car for me to use while the work was being done which they estimated at about 3 hours. When I arrived at the service department for my appointment I was greeted immediately by Daniel, who explained Justin, my assigned advisor was out to lunch. Daniel was friendly, patient with my hearing loss when having to repeat and very efficient. I was out the door in a new CRV rental in no time. He even warmed up the car before I got in. I received a call that my car was ready in less than 3 hours. It was also washed and vacuumed - a pleasant surprise. Michael was my advisor when I returned and was also very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about my whole experience. My husband and I will be back when it is time for that new car! More

We spent most of our time with Oren Ferguson who did everything he could with professionalism and kindness. Oren walked us through the entire process. It all worked out and all the approvals came in quickly. Oren is a good mix of personal and professional. We came to Joliet Honda because they had the best inventory of all the Honda dealers in all Chicagoland. I would make one suggestion and that is to be sure the customer adjusts all the mirrors for safe travel in traffic and knows how to use the headlight choices before taking off from the dealership. If we ever want another Honda we'd come back to this dealership. Thank you. We are happy with our experience.We love out Honda Fit. I highly recommend it. More

Maybe a little thing, but it is an investment by Honda of Joliet in both time and money that reflects on the pride and service they deliver. I purchased a $30K Chrysler at another dealership and continue to have their plate holder advertisement on my van. When I show up for service, I am just another 'task' walking in the door, don't feel any sense of appreciation. I had the van serviced at Honda Joliet once, and it came back spotless. My perception is if they care about the car, they care about the service. More
