Very good experience buying our car From the moment we walked in the door our experience went very smoothly. As it happened, as we did walk in, David Nemanik was coming in the front door right behind us and asked if he could help us. We told him we had called about a 2015 Smart car a couple days before and he was able to tell us more about the car as he was the person who had taken it in on trade. We felt that he treated us very fairly and didn't waste our time with a lot of going back and forth - he gave us a price we felt was good and fair as we had done a lot of research prior to our visit. I have to add that we found the car online as we live 220 miles away. We had also found other Smart cars nearer to us and called about them at the same time as we called Honda of Joliet but they weren't as informative or agreeable over the phone as the person who we first talked with in Joliet. The fellow who did our paperwork was quick and efficient and soon we were on our way home with our great new car! Thank You !
