Lack of Knowledge Service took an extended amount of time to complete. Granted, it was a big job (blown head gasket), but it took a long time for them to figure out the Service took an extended amount of time to complete. Granted, it was a big job (blown head gasket), but it took a long time for them to figure out the problem. Then, after repairing the head gasket and camshaft, they could not figure out how to start the car due to an aftermarket remote start. My husband was able to look up the instructions to reprogram it online and sent Mike T. the info via email. Mike could not find it himself! After all this the remote start, which functioned fine prior to service, is now disabled - not by my request! I am very disappointed with the overall lack of knowledge of the service team and their failure to want to win my future business by ensuring the function of the remote start. I am just going to live without remote start for now, because I will never take a vehicle to Honda of Joliet again! More

FRIENDLY PEOPLE and a fair price I never used to go to dealers for service because I heard they were expensive. But after bad experiences at local mechanics I figured I would try out I never used to go to dealers for service because I heard they were expensive. The people where friendly and inspected the car thoroughly and gave me a price that in some Cases was even cheaper than other garages. Plus I don't have to worry about after market parts. More

I believe I may have already written a review on this site, but the actions of this dealership in the last six months deserve an additional positive review. In December, I was in need to purchase a vehicle quickly. This dealership made the process very easy considering my need to buy a new vehicle quickly and the holiday season. I dealt with several departments during the process of this purchase, and they were all were pleasant, professional, and service-oriented. I have always loved the service department at this dealership. All of the work on my Honda vehicles have been done at this dealership. Recently, I had a flat tire. I am not able to change my tire because of a disability. The service department didn't hesitate to provide me assistance with getting the tire changed. While having service done, they are great about offering rides to/from my home; they are communicative, professional, and courteous. Always providing good customer service is the motto of this dealership. More

With only 9 payments left and being close to going over his miles, he was able to upgrade his lease to a 2016 vehicle at a lower payment. We love this dealership so much we have had our daughter and one of our sons get vehicles from this location. We will be customers for a long time to come. Our time at the dealership was like hanging out with friends we've known forever. Nelsen is the coolest sales guy we've come across and we will definitely be doing future business with him. More
