Very happy customer I bought a 2007 Acura and after leaving the dealership some check engine lights came on. I took the car back and expected to be told that it was my p I bought a 2007 Acura and after leaving the dealership some check engine lights came on. I took the car back and expected to be told that it was my problem and that I bought it as is.(I did, it had NO WARRANTY) To my surprise thats not what I was told. They assured me to fix the car or refund my money in full. WOW!! They stood behind the car they sold me. I decided to have them fix the car and they did. They took the proper steps to fix the car right and warranty the work that was done. It was not a cheap fix either and they never once asked me to cover any cost. This was not ideal but I understand that in the real world things happen. Its really easy to look good when everything goes well. Its how you do business when things go wrong that make you!! Im not a big fish. Shoot I probably bought one of the cheapest cars on the lot but they took care of me!! I had a brand new loaner car until my car was fixed. In the end I got the quality car I bought and I am an EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! I will buy more cars from them because I know they stand behind what they sell.!!! Genuine Dealership I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from Honda of Joliet. The car buying process is one of my least favorite things due to pushy salespeople and lots of hovering. I was quite pleased with how I was treated at Honda of Joliet. I started out talking with Missy Morrill, who couldn't have been more pleasant and not at all overbearing. She made me feel comfortable and glad with my choice to visit Honda of Joliet. I was then directed to Nelson Caban, who again was a pleasure to work with. He discussed with me what I was looking for and we went ahead from there. Upon getting my Pilot, Nelson walked me through the car's features and began the purchase process. Not once was I overwhelmed with pushy people who seemed to just want my money...I felt that they took the time to listen to what I had to say and genuinely cared. Great place to purchase a vehicle! Very Poor Service experience Service personnel asleep at the wheel. They stare at their computers and do not greet you or even acknowledge you. Long wait to get any help. One bath Service personnel asleep at the wheel. They stare at their computers and do not greet you or even acknowledge you. Long wait to get any help. One bathroom for customer and employees to share. Employee in there for over 15 minutes as a break time while customers crossed their legs. Consierre in area was no help at all. Shuttle bus was AWOL. Had to walk. Worst service experience ever. Tatted up crew was terrible. Long wait time for a recall fix. They threaten to give your part to someone else if you do not schedule right after they call. I will buy my next new Honda from another dealershiip. More
