Happy Customer It has been a year of leasing my car, and I forgot to mention about my old license plates that I had for few years in my trunk. So, yesterday, I went It has been a year of leasing my car, and I forgot to mention about my old license plates that I had for few years in my trunk. So, yesterday, I went to get my oil change and to see Josh Tornabeni because I don't know how other salesmen are, but I totally trust Josh. He is precise with his work, always happy to see his old existing customers, and very friendly. Even though he is aware of my trust issue with car salesmen, Josh made me feel eased at mind. He literally had me follow him to see with my both eyes that the service dept was destroying those license plates. Josh is a great listener and always want his customers' to have a full satisfaction. Like I mention before, I don't know how other salesmen are, but I rather go through Josh for anything due to a fact that I trust him and made me feel welcome as usual. On top of that, the service desk and couple of other female staff are very friendly. And, I hope to see them as well for my next oil change. Once again, thanks Josh for handling that matter for me. I did a lot of research in advance, and came in knowing what I wanted and what a fair price range would be. I felt respected and well treated, and even enjoyed the experience. After I purchased the car, he spent time helping me learn all the new features, setting up my preferences and followed up with phone calls answering my questions. We toured the service area and he went over my options there. The service people were great about installing some additional packages I wanted. He was great to work with and not once pushed on what they think I should buy. I would recommend EVERYONE to go to Justin Magee for their new Honda.
