Bought a Blue Honda Civic...Nice Car! My Wife and I came in just to "look"... Everyone was very friendly and helpful... asking if we needed anything... Ken Laing walked by and I asked hi My Wife and I came in just to "look"... Everyone was very friendly and helpful... asking if we needed anything... Ken Laing walked by and I asked him if this car on the floor could be unlocked... Ken is very friendly and helpful... no pressure guy... Golden Rule... Go See Ken... We bought the car same day. Picked it up next day.... Delivery Dept... Car was not cleaned very well...Water spots around...Inside doors and frames and exterior.. license plate crooked.. only 2 screws put in (I put in 4 more)... Tape glue still on drivers side of car not all removed.... (I will bring back to properly remove this and not hurt the paint!!)... White stuff all over Dash and seating...had to get a damp cloth to clean this up myself.... This is a GOOD DEALER AND A GOOD DEAL.!!! Thank You Ken! More

PURCHASE OF 2017 HONDA CIVIC HATCHBACK We recently purchased a 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback from Honda of Joliet and can't thank David Nemanik enough for helping us through this experience. I We recently purchased a 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback from Honda of Joliet and can't thank David Nemanik enough for helping us through this experience. It had been 12 years since we purchased our last vehicle from this dealership (2005 Odyssey) so we were quite removed from the purchasing process. On top of it, the 2004 Honda Civic I was currently driving (purchased new from this same dealership) was starting to get tired after 13 years and over 161,000 miles. We weren't planning on car shopping at this point but it became necessary to do so. David was instrumental in helping to put our minds at ease & help us find a vehicle that met our needs & in our price range. He listened to our thoughts about what we felt we needed and never pushed us to go in a direction we were not comfortable with. He was very understanding & had the kind of communication skills that really engaged us. He also had vast knowledge about the vehicles he described to us during our search. After test driving the Civic Hatchback we decided to purchase that particular vehicle. David helped make the paperwork process seem like a cake walk & once the purchase was completed he sat in the car with us & showed us how everything works. He also had me go through all the steps on my own to make sure I was comfortable with how things work. He answered any questions we had & we never felt rushed. David definitely made this a positive experience for us & we are grateful that we had him to guide us through this process. Though it took longer than expected to finalize the paperwork being a memorial day, it was still great that Mr. John wise came to apologize for not having the side body molding and mud guards installed as promised few days back...but he promise to send a courtesy car and pick the new car to get back and installed and return back to my home ( a 1.5 hr drive one way).... Nelson also was great in getting all the requested help. Overall it shows that this dealership "Cares" ..and trust me I will be telling people about this... Keep up the great work. More
