I was apprehensive to try again but from the moment I walked in to Honda of Joliet I knew it would be a better experience. I was greeted with a smile, asked about what I was looking for and felt listened to by my salesman, Ted Turrisi. He was nothing short of excellent. I never felt pressured. He took the time to listen to my past two horror stories and assured me it would not be like that there. I felt like he was honest and caring. The financing process was incredible as well thanks primarily to the outstanding interaction with our financial consultant. I can recommend Honda of Joliet with reservation.
