Treated fairly ! Honestly with some research on cars my wife and I narrowed our options down to the Honda CR V EX. Now this car would be our first ever owned Honda bu Honestly with some research on cars my wife and I narrowed our options down to the Honda CR V EX. Now this car would be our first ever owned Honda but we felt that the Honda CR V EX would offer what we are looking for in a car with gas mileage, safety, and value for the money. My wife and I worked with Liz Perez she was great ! The funny thing about how we met Liz was we just pulled into Honda of Joliet and was getting out of our car Liz and two other employees were walking by and LIz took the time to turn around and ask my wife if she could help us, my wife responded by saying "this is your lucky day " ! Like I said LIz was great, she brought up 2 different options of Honda CR V 's for us to test drive. Liz explained all the features of both cars to us so that my wife and I had a better understanding of each option of Honda CR V for what we were looking for in a car. I could go on and on and on but in short my wife and I felt we were given a good deal ! So, this is why I gave Honda of Joliet a five star rating and also sharing the five star rating is Liz Perez ! As walk-in customers, my parents and I were welcomed immediately at Honda of Joliet and brought to a salesman, Mr. Oren Ferguson. Right away, Oren was very helpful with considering my needs in a car and was quite honest in what the best choice would be financially. He had a refreshing sense of humor and was very informative as well. He suggested a Civic, which we test drove. We were very pleased with the car right from the beginning. Oren was very knowledgeable about all its features and knew all the answers to any questions. In the end, we took home a 2019 Civic in the Sport trim, with a great deal on a long-term warranty. Oren was there to help throughout the entire process. I can't ask for a better experience with the car purchase, with the friendly people at Honda of Joliet. More

Repair on my 2011 Honda Accord I recently bought a used car from Ted T at this dealership. He was very helpful! After having the car a week or so I noticed something was going on. I brought the car in to be inspected and they did find an issue. Mark the Service Manager was great! The car was in and out in a few days and is running perfectly.
