As walk-in customers, my parents and I were welcomed immediately at Honda of Joliet and brought to a salesman, Mr. Oren Ferguson. Right away, Oren was very helpful with considering my needs in a car and was quite honest in what the best choice would be financially. He had a refreshing sense of humor and was very informative as well. He suggested a Civic, which we test drove. We were very pleased with the car right from the beginning. Oren was very knowledgeable about all its features and knew all the answers to any questions. In the end, we took home a 2019 Civic in the Sport trim, with a great deal on a long-term warranty. Oren was there to help throughout the entire process. I can't ask for a better experience with the car purchase, with the friendly people at Honda of Joliet. More

Repair on my 2011 Honda Accord I recently bought a used car from Ted T at this dealership. He was very helpful! After having the car a week or so I noticed something was going on. I brought the car in to be inspected and they did find an issue. Mark the Service Manager was great! The car was in and out in a few days and is running perfectly. I got the best price out of 5 dealerships, they had the vehicle I wanted, and there was no pressure to buy. I cannot say enough about this dealership. Everyone here (and I mean EVERYONE) seems to love working here. My salesman (Terry Scott) was wonderful and he doesn't make me feel like a nuisance when I bug him weeks later with a question. More
