Good experience, but could go a bit faster Update: Took in my Pilot for issues with the speaker (popping sounds). After picking up my car they didn't have a receipt or invoice stating the work that was completed. Mind you I picked it up the next day! They say the issue may or may not be fixed. Would be nice to have a receipt as evidence in case the vehicle is a lemon as I have no intent of going back and forth for the same issue. 5 days later, and STILL no receipt, 3 emails and 2 phone calls completely ignored. Loved the no pressure atmosphere. They cut the non-sense out and got to reasonable pricing immediately. I had to leave early and they let me take the car for a few hours to pick up my kids from school. I called and stated I wanted to wait for my wife to get home from work to see it and Luis was super nice about it and said to just bring it back before closing. Awesome! Came back and worked out the finer details of the deal, sorry for being a pain Luis ;-), and had a handshake deal by about 7p (after 2hrs). Then we wound up waiting almost 3 hours to get in to sign the paperwork. Admittedly, it was really busy for a Monday, but I’d of thought there’d be two guys that can close out sales. Minor inconvenience, but we got the car and deal we wanted! More

I sought out Ken Laing after I had such a good experience dealing with him in January. I called Ken, and told him of my situation, so when I got the the dealership, he was ready to help me out. I loved my HR-V, but moved up to the CR-V. I left the dealership with my new Honda, and am looking forward to keeping it for a long time. More

Awesome help Tamara was very helpful, she masterfully guided us through the entire process of getting our new Honda CRV. Everyone was very nice at the dealership. I would recommend that you improve the length of time to go through the process of buying a car. We were there at 1:00PM and we were done at 5:30PM. This is one area the needs improvement. More
New Accord - Sooooo Happy!! We had been researching new cars for several months knowing the time was coming. After car trouble on my way back from my parents out of state, it was time. I knew I wanted the new Accord but hadn't researched dealers. Because I was carless, my boyfriend dropped my of at work and went over to Honda of Joliet to see what they had to offer. Amazingly within no time he found me the perfect Accord and a fantastic deal!!! Ted Turrisi was our salesperson and he worked miracles making the whole process smooth and painless!! I met with Andi to discuss the financing, where there were no surprises, and I drove off in my brand new Accord. I sooo love it!!! More

EXCELLENT Went on Saturday to get my new Accord Sport 2019 and JB (JUSTIN) was my salesman and he did an outstanding job as always. This is my second time going there and getting a new vehicle and JB took care of me both times, the other car was a 2017 civic. why change a good thing, right? He was very professional and knowledgeable about the Accord Sport and showed me and explain all the bells and whistles. The process was smooth and easy and he gave me plenty of water too, lol. The car was given to me all shined up and and clean, ready for the party. JB is an asset to Honda of Joliet without a question. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years at least, and its because of salesmen like JB that treat you like family. I would recommend Honda of Joliet to anyone looking for a awesome car, awesome deal and most of all the family friendly dealership that they are. so JB see you on the next purchase. More
Service Representatives receive commission I recently learned that the Service Representatives at this dealership receive commission. I want to trust the work my technician recommends is indee I recently learned that the Service Representatives at this dealership receive commission. I want to trust the work my technician recommends is indeed necessary/needed and that the price is fair. This practice is a horrible idea. I recently brought my 2010 Honda CR-V with 137K miles to the dealership because of a noise it made when we started it as well as the A/C not operating. I received an estimate of $3,500 for the repairs. This is the 3rd Honda we have had that had A/C issues. It is hard to believe the Manufacturer hasn't figured this out yet. I asked the Service Manager to contact Honda of American on two separate occasions to see if they could provide any assistance. He would not. In the event Honda were to assist, they certainly would not have paid the same price I was quoted. Perhaps that is the reason he was unwilling to assist me with obtaining financial assistance from the Mfg. More
