We were shopping for a small car for our daughter. After searching the Internet and actually visiting a couple of car dealers in the area, we came to Honda Joliet. Nikhil Kain was our salesperson. There wer searching the Internet and actually visiting a couple of car dealers in the area, we came to Honda Joliet. Nikhil Kain was our salesperson. There were not many cars to choose from due to a car shortage at the moment. We appreciated an appointment with Niklil the next day, even though it was his day off. He showed us a Civic and a HR-V, and explained pros and cons between the two. He was very patient and helped us settle on the HR-V. We were impressed with his knowledge about the car as he explained all the features and went through the settings with us. All in all, we were very happy with our purchase and appreciated Nikhil's expertise. More

Met with Nikhil Wednesday afternoon regarding the purchase of a new CR-V. He patiently answered all my questions and said he would call when he had a vehicle in stock that I might be interested in p purchase of a new CR-V. He patiently answered all my questions and said he would call when he had a vehicle in stock that I might be interested in purchasing. Friday he called and had a vehicle which met all my requirements. I went to the Dealership and purchased the CR-V Friday. The current market is exceedingly difficult due to the lack of available vehicles, so I feel incredibly lucky to have had Nikhil's assistance in making this purchase. In addition, he helped me move the things in my old car to the new one. This may not seem like a "big deal", but I must carry oxygen equipment in my car, so it was not just a matter of moving a glasses case and a garage door opener. His help was much appreciated assistance. More
