Great experience with my recent car purchase. Joe Parra was great- he was able to procure the car that I wanted within 24 hours. He was super helpful- was able to answer all of my questions. Today I thought I was coming in to refinance my lease but happily I left with a new lease. Thanks to Hardy and Chris for their time and effort to get me where I wanted to be to get a new car. Hardy went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and got what I wanted. Chris also worked hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted, he made sure to clean the car as I have OCD issues. We were shopping for a small car for our daughter. After searching the Internet and actually visiting a couple of car dealers in the area, we came to Honda Joliet. Nikhil Kain was our salesperson. There wer searching the Internet and actually visiting a couple of car dealers in the area, we came to Honda Joliet. Nikhil Kain was our salesperson. There were not many cars to choose from due to a car shortage at the moment. We appreciated an appointment with Niklil the next day, even though it was his day off. He showed us a Civic and a HR-V, and explained pros and cons between the two. He was very patient and helped us settle on the HR-V. We were impressed with his knowledge about the car as he explained all the features and went through the settings with us. All in all, we were very happy with our purchase and appreciated Nikhil's expertise. More
