In June of 2022 - I found a vehicle on the lot, which was marked up for market adjustment. I was willing to pay it because it’s the car I wanted. The car was relayed to me as available. I told Oren I wanted marked up for market adjustment. I was willing to pay it because it’s the car I wanted. The car was relayed to me as available. I told Oren I wanted the vehicle and wanted to put a deposit down to ensure it was mine. I then went through getting my loan documents ready because I was preapproved. I asked no less than 6 times to put a deposit on the vehicle to ensure it was mine. I was repeatedly told that the car was mine because I had provided them with all of the documents they requested to include my D/L, insurance, loan docs, etc. We had an appointment set for closing and everything. I asked yet again to make sure it was mine if I needed to put a deposit down. I was again told no need. 6 hours later, Oren told me the sales manager sold the vehicle 1 hour ago from last communication after it was already in the process to be mine. This unethical business practice looks really bad for your dealership. My salesman was Oren Ferguson not sure who the grimey sales manager was at the time. I couldn’t be more irritated with how poorly I was treated as a customer and intend on submitting a poor review for your dealership on every review platform possible to ensure people know just how poorly you treat customers. More
