I have never had such an easier car buying experience. I only spent about 2 hours total in the dealership. I was able to apply on-line and they had my paperwork and van ready for me when I went in. I was looking for a Honda Hybrid of a specific color and with specific options. After several tries it became apparent my local Honda dealership couldn't figure out how to get me one; so I did an internet with specific options. After several tries it became apparent my local Honda dealership couldn't figure out how to get me one; so I did an internet search. And I found just the model I wanted... except it was in Joliet, IL and I was in "mid Michigan". There was a "Make an Offer" button on the website (http://www.hondaofjoliet.com/), so I did just that. Michael De Benedetti replied within 24 hours and accepted the offer. A few days later I drove to Joliet (how do you Chicago area guys live with all the traffic, tie-ups and tolls?) and took possession of the car I wanted at the price I offered; and except for the drive the whole thing took less than two hours. There were no hidden costs, no hard sell and everything was ready just as and when it was promised. Would I do it again? Certainly. But could we move Joliet a little closer? More

I had been referred to Jason Briick some time ago by a mutual friend and gave him some parameters for looking for a used car. Jason found me exactly the car I was looking for at a very fair price, he gave my father a great deal on a new CRV and sold my business partner a new Accord. The experience was great. Jason assigned Oren to me and Ron to my father both of whom did a very commendable job in patiently answering all questions and concerns. Ron even helped my father program his blue tooth system several days later over the phone. None of us ever felt pressured, rushed or hurried. The business office staff was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. They even beat the rate I had previously negotiated with my credit union. The bottom line is we enjoyed a relaxed purchase experience which has led to complete satisfaction and a lack of typical buyers remorse. By far, the easiest Honda dealer I have worked with. Gave upfront diagostic information and solution choices. We came across this dealership while price shopping on the Internet for a 2010 Honda Pilot. Honda of Joliet provided the most competitve price for this car. We went to the local Honda store in Orland Park and they wouldn't discuss price with us regarding the vehicle we wanted. Sherri from Joliet, was very responsive through the internet and we set up an appointment to purchase the vehicle. Along with the original pricing Sherri provided us with comparisons at our request on purchase versus lease and on the next level of Polit. Utlimately we chose the lease of the standard model. Sherri was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Before the visit she helped us understand what we needed so we would be most prepared for the meeting. This pre-planning helped speed the process along. The facility was very nice and comfortable. We would recommend this dealership to our friends and family. More
I recently purchased a 2010 Honda CRV EX-L and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I had very few questions because Sherri provided me with everything I needed to know about the car as well as be happier with the entire experience. I was looking for a car via the Internet and Sherri contacted me online that evening, so I felt as if I already knew her when we met the next day. She turned out to be as nice and knowledgeable in person as she was online. There was an issue about some optional equipment after I purchased the car. Sherri as well as Andrew Briick, the sales manager, assisted in resolving this the day it came up. Talk about customer satisfaction! Based on this experience, as well as previous experience with another purchase a few years ago, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a quality car and service to match. I also want to mention Roger in the service department. When I had optional equipment installed, he handled the process quickly and reinforced my past good experiences with the service department. I could see that customer service is the priority from start to finish at this dealership. More

When I arived at the dealership everything that I was told over the phone was true and it was the easiest purchase of a car I have ever had.
