He answered every one of my questions before I even asked them. Somehow, he knew what was important to me. Even the small tour of the dealership brought loads of helpful information for future visits. Everyone we met along the way was smiling and cheerful. I truly appreciated Josh's upfront and honest approach. Though there are two dealerships down the street from my home, I'll never step foot on their lots again. Convenience isn't everything. I have and will continue to recommend Honda of Joliet to any and everyone about the wonderful customer service. I leased a 2011 Honda Accord and got a great price and a great car! He was so sincere in helping me find a car that I was comfortable in & did not treat me like just another $$Sale$$. He listened to my wants & needs & helped me find my Accord that I just absolutely love! About a week later, I called Josh as I was having problems programming my radio stations. He told me to just stop by when ever it was good for me & he would help me out. After doing so, I ran inside to use the restroom & Josh had asked me for my keys. He had my car washed because I was dirty from all the snow & salt. WOW!! Where does it end? I NEVER thought in million years that I would be treated like “A FRIEND” within a Dealership. All of my past experiences, the friendly relationship ended after the sale was made. But then again that was before I bought my Honda from Josh. He has made me a lifetime Honda lover! I just hope that my “Thank you” note reaches his Superiors as I would appreciate them knowing that if it wasn’t for Josh, I probably would still be looking for a new car today… THANK YOU JOSH!!!! You normally get good customer service anywhere when you are spending big money. What sets Honda od Joliet appart is the great customer service when you are not spending money. Do you have low tires? No problem, stop by and they will put air in your tires free of charge with a smile. Didn't have time to make an appointment for an oil change? They will try to do it while you wait. Need new wiper inserts? They will put new ones for you without labor charge (I only paid for the inserts). I've dealt with several people on their service department but Harry Arroyo is always there with a smile to help me out. I even go out of my way to ask for him because I know I'll be taken care of. Cary is always very polite and has always helped me when I needed. Keep it up guys. The little details keep me coming back. More

I am an electrical mechanic by trade, and understand autos ( I used to rebuild them ). They will take the time to listen, show you the problem, give you the estimate, and then properly correct issue. If Ford was still making a mini-van, that would have been my first choice. Odyssey has everything we want, just need to work out the price, and that should not be a problem, when we are ready. More
