I bought my CRV new, from this dealership, in 2000. The service department has always been excellent! Friendly sevice with a smile, know matter what your problem is. I am an electrical mechanic by trade, and understand autos ( I used to rebuild them ). They will take the time to listen, show you the problem, give you the estimate, and then properly correct issue. For the first time ever, I spent considerable time (internet) researching vehicles in the compact SUV category before beginning a hands-on search. Honda was my first and last stop during my 4 day/6 d (internet) researching vehicles in the compact SUV category before beginning a hands-on search. Honda was my first and last stop during my 4 day/6 dealer quest for a new car. On my initial visit, Mike accompanied me on a test drive and was very knowledgeable and informative. After visiting other dealers, eliminating 3 of the vehicles tested slmost immediately, I contacted Sherri to see if they had a CR-V with some added features found on other makes. Sherri, equally knowledgeable and informative, did provide a vehicle meeting my (new) wants/needs, trade-in value, and price for my CR-V of choice. Both Sherri and Mike are very professional, personable and pleasant to work with. At this writing, I am still undecided between the CR-V and another model. Ironically, I believe this is because, in both cases, I was working with knowledgeable, customer-oriented salespeople who are secure in their belief that they represent a quality product that speaks for itself. At no time during either visit to Honda of Joliet did I feel pressured or hear "what will it take to get you in this car now." That I was still searching was respected and I highly recommend Honda of Joliet. More

We had an amazingly great experience buying our car at Super Honda dealership at Joliet, IL. We came from Urbana, IL.to Joliet to buy our car. She was not pushy and did not make us hurry up on making our decision. When we all agreed on the price and the color of the desired vehicle, we took a Grey Hound bus to Markham, IL. A young man picked us up and brought us to the dealership. He was also a very nice and polite young gentleman. Sherri gave us a warm welcome and then the process was very smooth and easy. Susan explained about the additional insurance that we may consider. All this time we never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Ron was also very nice on the phone. He had to get some information from us to make the sale. If you want to make a big purchase such as a new Honda vehicle on line, I would strongly recommend Honda of Joliet. They are a great bunch of people who would make your car purchasing experience so pleasant that you would always go back to them for your next purchases! Sherri gave me a great price. She sold me on what she could do for me and what the dealership could do for me rather than putting on a negative campaign against the competing dealership. The dealership with the best "Out the door price" won out and I completed the purchase without feeling pressured or misled. It was my most pleasurable car buying experience in my forty five years of life by far. More
