We've driven it for over 100,000 miles and it is still running strong. We came to Honda of Joliet and met Josh Tornabeni and looked at Certified Used Honda Pilots and Odysseys with him. Josh was very friendly with no pressure, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, followed up with us as promised and treated my family (including my two young children) like royalty! These are the reasons why I gave the above ratings to Honda of Joliet and to Josh for his excellent work. We ended up buying another Odyssey from Honda of Joliet that we love for a price I am very happy with. The other staff I worked with, primarily Dan Mac and Suzanne Gocken, were also great to work with. Our experience at Honda of Joliet was very positive and we will definitely be letting our friends know about our experience. More
My previous vehicle was totaled in an automobile accident in the beginning of 2011. This was a very stressful experience and I was dreading the prospect of having to shop for and purchase a replacement vehic in the beginning of 2011. I had many negative pre-conceived notions about the “new car buying experience”. Honda of Joliet and Ted Turrisi were recommended to me by a friend. I conducted some research on-line and walked into the dealership with a rough and tumble “take no prisoners” attitude. I was shocked that my experience from start to finish was very pleasant and quite easy. In fact, my last trip to the grocery store was more difficult than my dealings with Honda of Joliet. I had a great feeling from the moment I walked in the door. The entire staff took an interest in me personally, my needs / requirements, and very straightforwardly answered any questions which I had. From the moment I sat down with Ted Turrisi I could tell that we was very knowledgeable about the entire Honda line and the auto industry as a whole. He thoroughly explained every step in the process, I was treated with respect, and no pressure was applied. We came to terms very quickly and a short time after that I had myself a new vehicle. After I picked up vehicle I purchased (2011 Honda Civic) Ted Turrisi contacted with me the next day to make sure everything was to my liking and asked me to contact him should I have any questions. I have worked in the customer service industry for 15 – 20 years and am the first person to give credit where credit is due. I would have absolutely no problem in personally recommending Ted Turrisi to any of my family or friends. If you are looking for an A+ experience please do yourself a favor and contact Ted Turrisi for any of your automobile needs. More

Josh gave us a fair price up front with all numbers (down payment, interest, selling price, trade-in) laid out clearly as I asked for. The whole experience for purchasing my wife's CRV was quite pleasant. Honestly, it did not feel like I purchasing a car! When Josh was unavailable, Mike DeBenedetti filled in with grace. It was nice to have the whole team help out without making it seem like a chore. I highly recommend Josh Tornabeni to anyone looking for a low pressure highly effective purchasing experience! :) More

The process was efficient and I am delighted so far with the vehicle I purchased. One point- I would recommend that all dealerships fees and other misc fees should be fully explained on the final sales form. Full disclosure of all information would indicate that there are no hidden fees. More
My husband and I arrived at Honda of Joliet at 9:30 a.m.(after speaking with Josh Tornabeni over the phone the night before). Josh had given me a few prices over the phone and was so nice that I told my husband we had to go there and meet him and test drive some new Hondas. Josh is the best car salesman I have ever met. He was so patient with us (we only drove every model of Honda on the lot!). We were there all day and he never got frustrated with us - actually the complete opposite - he was ready and willing to pull up every car on the lot for us to drive. He went back and forth with his managers to obtain the "lowest" price on the cars and print out what the payment and interest would be. At lunch I told my husband he was a guy that we could hang out with (being a marine was a big bonus as he immediately had a connection with my husband). Josh's knowledge on all Hondas was superior. We asked a hundred quesitons and he answered them all without hesitation or "I'll have to check." He knew every model inside and out. We are so happy with our purchase and feel lucky Josh was our saleman. On our way home we decided we would recommend Josh and Honda of Joliet to all of our friends and family. We could not be happier with our purchase. Oh, need to mention that Dan the finance man did a great job too. Once we finally decided on which Honda to purchase it only took a few minutes to fill out the paperwork and get out the door. Seriously - only a few minutes. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOSH TORNABENI AND HONDA OF JOLIET TO ANY AND EVERYONE! More

We had brought our 2003 Pilot in for service and were told it would need a new transmission. We ended up leasing an Accord Crossover and they waived the $115 diagnostic fee.
