This was my first new car buying experience in 10 years. My last one wasn't great and I left feeling that I didn't get as good a deal as I could have. Not so in this case. He let us make the decisions and didn't try to persuade us into anything we didn't want. When we got closer to making a decision the pricing was completely explained and typed out on paper, not scrawled on the back of a business card like a lot of other sales people we met. I was completely satisfied with the experience and had no "buyers remorse" afterward, which is a first for me. More

Josh could not have been more attentive. He answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond. Before we drove our car off the lot he made sure we understood how everything in the vehicle worked. H of our questions. He went above and beyond. I was referred to Josh by a good friend of mine. I'm so glad that she did. I called Josh to see if he would be able to give me a price on a 2011 Honda Civic, I also told him that I was looking at Toyotas. glad that she did.
