This was seriously the best experience my husband and I have had at a car dealership! First of all I LOVE my new 2012 Honda Civic, it's the sweetest car I've ever owned. I have been leasing cars for 20 years and have never had a more positive experience. My wif and I went to Joliet Honda just to see what was available toward the end of the day Saturday, not expecting to do a more positive experience. My wif and I went to Joliet Honda just to see what was available toward the end of the day Saturday, not expecting to do business. We were looking for a specific model and color Pilot. To our surprise, they had our model on the showroom floor. We were able to make a deal, even with getting out of our lease 5 months early. Even though the dealer closed at 5:30, all staff involved stayed over an hour late until the deal was complete and the car prepared. Since it was late and they were concerned the detailing wasn't perfect, they told us to bring it in at a convenient day and time and they would detail again from top to bottom. More

My experience at Honda was pretty good. I am a first time buyer and Josh did a good job and explaining how the process works and what I should look for when buying a first car. He did seem a little frustrated and stressed when my dad would haggle with him. He did his best to make me feel comfortable. Josh was awesome. I bought my car the day before Christmas Eve and the computers went down. He let me go home with my new car and finish the deal on Monday. He has also called to make sure the car was working out. When we came back to finish the deal, he walked me through the paperwork and explained every part to me. He also made sure my new car was washed, and the tires and gas was filled. I think it was overall a good experience but not great. More

Honda of Joliet did add Honda accessories to this car that were not apart of the factory invoice so make sure to inquire about dealer add-ons and the prices when you are researching quotes. Even with these dealer add-ons, Honda of Joliet had the best out-the-door price. Tricia met me when I came in and introduced me to Kurt Holzinger who took me on my test drive and finished my deal. She even made sure everything was going ok later on. I liked on the test drive that Kurt took me on a route that went over train tracks and many left turns to show how the car drives on many surfaces. Kurt was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. He was very patient and understanding while we were working out our insurance. We had no suprises as Tricia detailed each price in the email and phone calls and the out-the-door price was the exact price we paid. I recommend Honda of Joliet, Tricia and Kurt. They are very nice, professional, cheerful, and helpful. I would purchase from them again. More
