As a single woman, car buying is always a nervous ordeal. This was not the case at Honda of Joliet. Kurt Holzinger met me as I walked in the door. I had an internet quote, but I said up front I wasn't buying today, just wanted a test drive. He said sure. He was friendly and knowledgable. I felt very comfortable with him and by the time I got home I knew I wanted the Accord. I called Kurt back to make the deal. He didn't have the model and color I wanted in stock, but tracked one down and personally traveled to Lisle to get me the car I wanted. Suzanne in the finance office was very friendly and helpful and gave me some great advice about maintaining a good credit history. Kurt has even called twice since my purchase to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my car. I couldn't be more pleased. More
Our first point of contact was with Josh Tornabeni, spoke to him on the phone and he went through the details of the car first, knowing that we would be driving far to come see it. When we got there we spoke to Josh who had the car out and ready for us to view. He provided great customer service and really worked with us on all aspects of the car buying experience. Knowing it would be a long day, he made us comfortable even with some obstablces we incurred. We were not able to drive the car off the lot, which we were not happy with but Josh said he would personally drive the car and drop it off at our house when it was ready. We do not live anywhere near this dealer, so he went above and beyond our expectations. We appreciate the great customer serive to the Honda of Joliet dealership and especially Josh. WOW what an awesome car buying experience!! Tricia Allen was our first point of contact with the dealership and she was absolutely great. We told her what we were looking for financially and because of some previous economic difficulties we thought are chances for making a deal was slim at best. Tricia took our information and provided a list of CRV's they had in stock with the pricing. Tricia had our information all ready for our visit. We dealt with Casey Krakowski as our salesman and he was great. No hard sell, he knew where we stood and had a brand new CRV for us at exactly where we needed to be payment wise. Casey took the time to explain everything in detail and treated us as though we were the most important people in the building. The finance manager, Dan Mac, was the friendliest finance person we've ever dealt with. Dan Mac had a great attitude and walked us through all the finance documents. He truly made us feel like he had our best interests at heart. We can't say enough about how great the service was by these individuals and you can bet that this dealership just earned repeat customers with us. More

Our experience at Honda of Joliet with Josh was absolutely fantastic. Josh worked with us to ensure that we felt completely comfortable with our new Honda CR-V, all of it's features, and the dealer absolutely fantastic. Josh worked with us to ensure that we felt completely comfortable with our new Honda CR-V, all of it's features, and the dealership itself. We were given a tour of the dealership itself and all of it's service features. Overall, the dealership was very clean with a friendly vibe. Everyone greeted us with a smile on their face and made sure all of our concerns and questions were answered. The dealership itself is equipped with a children's play area, tv viewing area, and computers which I think will come in handy when we need to drop the car off for routine service. Additionally, there is a full service garage with a secure night drop-off if necessary. Josh did a great job ensuring that it was a good experience for us and was adamant about the experience not ending with the purchase of the vehicle. He gave us both his work and cell number in case we ever had any questions about the vehicle, service options, other vehicles, etc. All in all, we felt this dealership offered fanstastic customer service and great quality vehicles. We inquiried on a new car online, along with a request for information regarding our trade-in. After working with Tricia and Josh via email to negotiate pricing, we went into the dealership to discuss a f for information regarding our trade-in. The color we wanted wasn't in stock, but is currently being order, so appreciative for Josh for finding exactly the vehicle we wanted. I have been leasing cars for 20 years and have never had a more positive experience. My wif and I went to Joliet Honda just to see what was available toward the end of the day Saturday, not expecting to do a more positive experience. My wif and I went to Joliet Honda just to see what was available toward the end of the day Saturday, not expecting to do business. We were looking for a specific model and color Pilot. To our surprise, they had our model on the showroom floor. We were able to make a deal, even with getting out of our lease 5 months early. Even though the dealer closed at 5:30, all staff involved stayed over an hour late until the deal was complete and the car prepared. Since it was late and they were concerned the detailing wasn't perfect, they told us to bring it in at a convenient day and time and they would detail again from top to bottom. More
