Just recently bought a 2012 CRV from Honda Joliet dealership and could not be any happier. As for the service department at Honda of Joliet, they are outstanding! I have taken my Civic in a few months ago and HEIDI GROSS was fantastic! She told me what needed to be maintained on my Civic to make it last a lifetime. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. All I have to say is if wasn't for Richard Moffet my salesman I may of not bought a car from this dealer. I had been looking for a car for over a month and had visited Honda of Joliet 3 weeks prior to m salesman I may of not bought a car from this dealer. I had such a good time with Richard the first time, I had to go back and see if they had got any new inventory. Richard's calm , down to earth, no pressure sales approach exceeded my expectations for a car salesman. He took the time to show me what they had and took the time to listen my needs and wants in the car I was looking for. He understood what payments I wanted to be at and worked diligently with me and the sales manager to work on a price. Just an overall 5 out of 5 experience from start to finish. The car was clean and certified. Before they gave to car to me they cleaned and detailed it. The car was in excellent condition and they even showed me what work they had done to it ! Richard truley is an example of what every car salesman should be. There is a reason why i was the THIRD person to buy a car from him that day.
