I have an older CRV that I brought into Honda of joliet for an oil change. The service advisor Riley informed us that we had a major oil leak. I was able to make my own decisions without that unwanted input you might get from other dealers. Salesperson Ted was a huge help during the entire process and the manager, Andrew, took the time to sit and talk with us while we waited for paperwork and other ancillary details. He, as well of the rest of the staff at Honda of Joliet, were completely helpful and they did absolutely ever changed my perspective on car salesman! I was able to get everything I wanted in a new vehicle while still staying within my price range. Josh took his time working with me as well as keeping my family involved in my new purchase without taking the focus off of me since I was the person actually purchasing the vehicle. He allowed me to drive different models of cars so I could get a complete idea of the model and features of the car that were right for me.
