Around 4:30 pm, I had to take my 2009 Honda Accord into the Service Department, due to a flashing engine service light. I called the dealership and spoke to Mark, who advised to bring it right in. Our 2005 Honda Accord (V6) was running very rough. It had a defective #5 cylinder spark plug causing a great deal of damage not only to the head, but the cylinder wall. With only 50,000 mi. on car, Rog had a defective #5 cylinder spark plug causing a great deal of damage not only to the head, but the cylinder wall. With only 50,000 mi. on car, Roger said he would call Honda to see if they would assist in the cost of repairs. They warranteed 50%, which my wife and I were very greatfull. From the time I got the car in service until we got it back was 1 week, which for the amount of work to get the parts and repairs was great. The car is running very good and even seems to be running smoother now as I do not know how long the problem had existed. More
