We purchased a 2024 Honda Odyssey on 9/28/24. The salesman, Taker Masri, was professional and down to earth. We were looking at on vehicle on the lot and he arrived. We talked to him and he made us feel very welcomed and not pushy. It should be known that we had no intention of buying a car at this time since it's been 17 years since our last car purchase. Taker listened to us and showed us a different car that we might be interested in. He explained everything about this Honda Odyssey, and we felt so comfortable with him that we decided to purchase this vehicle. In addition, my told him that he smelled great, and he explained the cologne that he used, and it was very interesting. Honda of Joliet should be proud to have Tarek as a salesman because he is a perfect asset for this company, and he exemplifies a certain charisma that we have never seen on any salesman. We were laughing together and telling each other jokes while we waited our turn to go into the finance office. Even if we weren't going to buy this car, it was a pleasure to speak with Tarek. More

The trade value they offered was 25% of the lowest value on Black Book and less than half of what even CarMax offered to wholesale it. They added a $2000 dealer upgrade to the vehicle we wanted that they failed to disclose , then they insisted they could not remove. Can't remove a locking lug nut or a floor mat? Really? And then...added another $5000 over invoice because the car we wanted was 'rare'. I asked for my keys and then had to wait another 10 minutes before getting them back. Apparently if you are a 20 something year old man who looks like a teenager or a woman this is not the place for you. Business is business...but the blatant attempt at taking advantage is inexcusable. More

This dealership had a very large stock of certified used Honda’s which was what I was initially looking for. They also had a wide selection of new vehicles as well. We have historically taken our Fit up to the Naperville dealership for service, despite living in Joliet. This is largely because we have never been all that satisfied with the service provided at the Joli dealership for service, despite living in Joliet. This is largely because we have never been all that satisfied with the service provided at the Joliet location. However, this experience GUARANTEES that we will NEVER go back...for anything. In the past, we have just driven up to get service. However, after being chastised for this the last time and being told that we should make appointments, we did so for this visit. However, when we drove up, they told us the wait would be over two hours owing to all the customers that were backed up waiting for service. We pointed out that we had a scheduled service visit and they informed us that it made no difference because they provide service in a first come, first served model. THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY TOLD US TO SCHEDULE SERVICE! It is a real slap in the fact to find out that, after making a service appointment because THEY had previously told us to do so, that it made absolutely NO difference and that it was still going to be first come, first serve. It is the last time we will go back to Honda of Joliet. It is just easier to go up to the Naperville location and use it as an excuse to also have a dinner out after the service is completed. More
