Bob Dolan answered my initial inquiry in a timely manner and when I went for a test drive, he was informative but not pushy about buying the car. I was looking at a new Ford Fiesta 2013. When the car I had hoped to get was sold my sales associate, Roberto Lopez, searched through the other dealers in the area to bring in another Fiesta of the same model and extras. He even assisted me with the final paper work on his day off ( delivered the next day after sale) so that I could get to experience and get on the road with my new car . To some people that may not seem like much, but I find it hard to find people willing to come in and sacrifice their own day off when they do not really have to. So far I am extremely happy with my new car and would recommend anyone looking at Fords/Subaru to check out this dealership in Frederick. More
