After making a decision, Walter walked me through the process of getting the deal done. After taking delivery of my F-150, Walter introduced me to syncmyride.com and got me logged on. He demonstrated how to navigate the site and made sure that I had an understanding of how it worked. He also encouraged me to stop by at any time if I was having any difficulty with any of the systems in my truck. I did not expect to be able to get into a Lariat model, but Walter helped make it possible working with the manager. This man is Amazing. In just the last month my Husband and i have bought 3 cars from him. Rick was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to point out the features of my Forester and showed me how to use them.
