I had a great experience shopping for my new Ford Escape. In no time at all, he was able to pull around front the exact style (extended sun roof) I was looking for, in the right color, plus it had even more features than I was looking for. I really feel I got a very modern vehicle for a very fair price. Rick was great to work with, and he was very knowledgeable about every detail of the car. He really took his time and was patient in explaining the technology features of the SUV and assured me if I have any questions about it, to just call or stop by and he or one of the staff members would be sure to assist me. Rick even introduced me to the service team members I would be dealing with when I called in for routine service. Wow, what customer service! Keith in finance was also very informative and helpful and I feel he really did a great job getting me the best finance deal. The dealership personnel were all very courteous and friendly throughout my visit. At no time did anyone pressure me to purchase other products (warranties, etc). They made it clear what what products were available, but there was no high pressure sales tactics. It was a very good Dealer experience with friendly knowledgeble people. It was the best new car buying experience I have had by far (going back to 1988). More
