I visited the dealership and went on a test drive in the car and Brandon was very knowledgeble about the car and it's features. The dealership personnel were all very courteous and friendly throughout my visit. At no time did anyone pressure me to purchase other products (warranties, etc). They made it clear what what products were available, but there was no high pressure sales tactics. It was a very good Dealer experience with friendly knowledgeble people. It was the best new car buying experience I have had by far (going back to 1988). More

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Walter was extremely helpful, and went out of his way to make sure I understood everything, (this was the first car I bought on my own). Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with when we bought our Subaru Forester yesterday. He was informative and friendly, and was not pushy. The negotiation regarding price was never unpleasant and I never felt uncomfortable with the process. Eric was with us through every step of the purchasing process and we felt very comfortable working with him. As a woman, one of the things that I really appreciated with Eric is that since he knew that it was going to be MY car, he took my questions seriously and answered ME I've dealt with other car dealers in the past (not at Frederick Motor Company) who kept talking to my husband about the features of the car and pretty much ignored me. I would strongly recommend Eric for anyone purchasing a car at Frederick Motor Company. More

I explained to Brandon that I owned a Subaru many years ago and remember it being a very well built car (as I had kids in tow at the time) and always wanted to come back to check out the newer ones and I was completely sold after viewing the newest styles. I told Brandon that I didn't even need to drive this one because I had driven my first one for nearly 10 years with no major maintenance problems or issues! Kudos to Ashley in the Service Dept who took care of having both a trailer hitch and remote start installed in a day! She did a great job on taking care of the necessary arrangements in order to get the car back to me ASAP! And I mean well done and fast!!! I wish to thank everyone at The Frederick Motor Co who offered a kind word as I passed by or even offered to help in some way! When I walked onto Frederick Motors lot, the friendliness of Walter Smith and his interest in sharing what he knows about the Subaru made me feel like I had found a friend, not a salesperson. It was apparen of Walter Smith and his interest in sharing what he knows about the Subaru made me feel like I had found a friend, not a salesperson. It was apparent from the beginning that he wanted to help me find a car I would be happy with and he did everything he could to make it happen. Everyone we met was extremely helpful. From showing the way the car works, to introducing the service people, and meeting the sales manager. I will happily travel the extra half hour every time I need service or help with my car because they really do take good care of everyone that walks through their doors. More
