Happy to own my first Subaru! I had purchased a Ford from this dealership 4 years ago and that's when I met Walter. When it was time to buy my next car, a Subaru this time, I went I had purchased a Ford from this dealership 4 years ago and that's when I met Walter. When it was time to buy my next car, a Subaru this time, I went back to Walter because he will work to get you the best deal and is one of the few car salesmen I have found that is low pressure. When I couldn't find what I wanted, he immediately recommended factory ordering the car. I waited (impatiently) for 6 weeks, but it finally arrived! When I went to pick it up, Walter went over the car, bumper to bumper, and made sure I understood all the buttons and navigation system. When I asked questions, he went and researched it while I was in finance, and had the answers when I was done. He also took the car back to detailing when he noticed some things were not as clean as he liked. Walter is one of the few people I have encountered that knows the true meaning of customer service! Super easy and fun buying experience! I walked into Subaru after having researched and test driving other vehicles. I knew I wanted to go with Subaru. I met Mark, we took out a Crosstrek and a Forester and talked some numbers and I left about 30 minutes later having put a deposit down on a Forester. I picked it up yesterday and was in and out in under an hour. Everyone there is so nice and kind. It was the easiest process ever which made it even more fun. More
