Today I received the lowest customer service I can think of to date. The Manager "Paul Galvao" did not show any level of customer relation. He agreed to waive fees for a diagnostic that was covered by a old of to date. The Manager "Paul Galvao" did not show any level of customer relation. He agreed to waive fees for a diagnostic that was covered by a old repair, but at the time I couldn't leave my Truck so we scheduled a appt nearly one month out when I could and when I showed up he had forgotten our agreement and was very unprofessional and rude with me. The other gentleman that was helping was respectful and professional the entire time. Paul should NOT be the manager at such store. I have been buying ford my whole life and for the first time I am considered going Toyota just so I do not know have to deal with this kind of service. More

Since my first meeting with Billy it was clear what needed to be done the cord needed to be replaced it's all sold the spark plugs and waiting for parts but I also mentioned to replace the starter and needed to be done the cord needed to be replaced it's all sold the spark plugs and waiting for parts but I also mentioned to replace the starter and check on my heater which was denied I paid $2,800 I still have a starter problem and a heater that doesn't work you tell me am I happy More
