Poor communication and poor attention to detail. Does not listen to problem or try very hard to confirm it. I have to take tech on a drive and highlight what is obvious to him when he's next to me. Specifically stated that they checked and set tire pressure and they were on off by 3 and 5 lbs. When brought up before picking up vehicle. (using app) they told me it's within spec. Service manager seems to understand the problem now and will write my service if I bring it back. More
I have been having a few issues with my new Mustang MachE, thankfully my Service Advisor Owen has been exceptional. He is very professional. He knows how to communicate with his service tech’s and is ever calm with relaying their work to me. It’s been a collective effort but I think we have a confirmed fix for my Mustang’s problem.
