Customer service was great when you are standing in front of them but getting info over the phone was atrocious. I dropped my Ranger off tuesday pm, it was promised completion thusday pm. I called when my vehicle was supposed to be ready to confirm. It took 2 hours and three calls to get an answer. It was not going to be ready as promised. On Friday it took me three more phone calls to find out was it not going to be ready the next day, they had to keep over the weekend. And then not until tuesday. So it was a full week in the shop. it should not have been that hard to get information. More

My vehicle was here for a whole week while I struggle with my family to get to work. I wasn’t told that I can get a rental to help us out while my vehicle was in the shop.
