It had been my intention to exchange BMW's at the Tucson dealership, as I now live there 9 months of the year; however, that choice was changed by the team at The BMW store, including sales, genius, lease manager, finance manager and General Manager. Individually and collectively, they cleared up some misunderstanding I had about the process and made a fair offer for me to lease a beautiful, fully-loaded M4 in the showroom.
