We had a great experience with the sales and support at the BMW store. Jonathan Kumar helped us try out a 330, and X3, and a 340. I originally came into the dealer to look at a 3 series and ended up falling in love with a used 430i GranCoupe that was in the showroom instead. Julian, the salesman I worked with, was very friendly, help and ended up falling in love with a used 430i GranCoupe that was in the showroom instead. Mat was great to work with. This was my second visit to The BMW Store and he was very helpful with info during my initial visit and several follow up emails. When I returned to test drive and then purchase The BMW Store and he was very helpful with info during my initial visit and several follow up emails. When I returned to test drive and then purchase the 2017 CPO X1 he again made the purchase process easy and more importantly, enjoyable.
