I had such a great experience at The BMW Store. I was just casually looking for my next vehicle, uncertain if that was going to be a BMW or not. Emily updated me as she became aware of any information relating to the delivery of my vehicle. It came pretty much exactly when she estimated. I have never been so happy with a car in my life.
