It was in 1979 that Tom Schwartz obtained his franchise from BMW. Prior to that, he had been deeply involved with BMWs as a technician. From 1971 – 1976, Tom ran an independent service repair business called The BMW Store. With those roots, his dealership has always placed a premium on customer service with the goal of assuring customers a hassle-free ownership experience. Today, nearly 125 employees at The BMW Store are dedicated to helping people discover the joys of driving a BMW.
There’s a highly trained, knowledgeable sales staff for both new and pre-owned BMWs, an inventory of over 100 new and pre-owned BMWs is maintained to provide excellent selection, and master technicians head service teams specialized in the various operating systems of BMWs. Our extensive assortment of well-maintained pre-owned cars are showcased in our state-of-the art Cincinnati showroom. These include BMW models, as well as those made by other marques. My first contact with Darrin was via my inquiry over the Internet. He responded to my that same day. We set up a time for me to come in which turned out to be not so nice a day due to weather. Nontheless, Darrin cleaned off the car and we took it for a test spin. We negotiated a price for the BMW and for my trade in which I thought was very fair. I bought the car that same night. Darrin sent me to Connor who got me a very good financing rate and away I went. I am extremely happy with my purchase and it was an absolute joy to work with both Darrin and Connor. I recently purchased a new car at the BMW store and overally it was a pleasant experience. They were extremely helpful and treated me very fairly. Having dealt with them before I must say that the repersentative I dealt with, Chris Lykins, was the best. I had dealt with 2 others in the past and although they were good they did not have the enthusiam or knowledge of the cars that Chris had. He also reconfigured the car I was planning to order to save me money. The buying process was a painless as spending a lot of money can be. The only thing I would rate less than stellar was their pricing. I had checked the average prices people paid nationally and it was less than I paid. In my case convience played a role not just price. However, they made the trade process easy and their price was within the online values. More

Purchased two used BMWs from John. The first was completed long distance as our son had an immediate need. He treated our son well and took care of him. This car was also purchased over the phone, though I did pick it up in person this time and everything went smoothly. Besides the purchase, the service center has helped maintain three different cars for our son who attended college in the area and lives 2+ hours away now. We had checked out dealerships prior to our son attending school in the area so that we had a service dept lined up before he took an older car to school. Since we were pleased with the service, when we needed a newer used car, we went there first. More

I drove over 250 miles to see and buy this car. Darrin was very helpful BEFORE my trip, and "cut to the chase" on pricing. The deal on my trade was spot on my expectations.
