Here at The BMW Store we’ve done a lot in over 4 decades and are very proud of our past and looking forward to an incredible future. Our customers have taken us a long way but here’s a little bit about how it all started!
It was in 1979 that Tom Schwartz obtained his franchise from BMW. Prior to that, he had been deeply involved with BMWs as a technician. From 1971 – 1976, Tom ran an independent service repair business called The BMW Store. With those roots, his dealership has always placed a premium on customer service with the goal of assuring customers a hassle-free ownership experience. Today, nearly 125 employees at The BMW Store are dedicated to helping people discover the joys of driving a BMW.
There’s a highly trained, knowledgeable sales staff for both new and pre-owned BMWs, an inventory of over 100 new and pre-owned BMWs is maintained to provide excellent selection, and master technicians head service teams specialized in the various operating systems of BMWs. Our extensive assortment of well-maintained pre-owned cars are showcased in our state-of-the art Cincinnati showroom. These include BMW models, as well as those made by other marques. I enquired about CPO 2010 328i X-drive using the on-line service that the dealer has on their website and asked two questions about the car. Within 5 minutes, I received an e-mail reply from Tony, the Sales service that the dealer has on their website and asked two questions about the car. Within 5 minutes, I received an e-mail reply from Tony, the Salesman, as well as a voicemail answering my questions about the car. I asked hime to hold the car and went to see it the following day. The sales staff were very professional and there was never any pressure put on me to buy the car or any other car they had for sale. The sale and resulting paperwork was finalized in a very friendly, "no pressure" manner which I appreciated. There were a few minor things that had to be taken care of and they were completed within a few days to my satisfaction. The car was even personally delivered to my house by the Salesman in person - which was very convenient, as I live an hour and a half away from the selling dealer. I have been contacted by both the Salesman and his Manager to find out if I have any concerns about the car and they have been great in responding to me. I will recommend this dealer to anyone who is interested in buying a BMW from a group of people who are caring and honest as well as true car enthusiasts. More

My first contact with Darrin was via my inquiry over the Internet. He responded to my that same day. We set up a time for me to come in which turned out to be not so nice a day due to weather. Nontheless, Darrin cleaned off the car and we took it for a test spin. We negotiated a price for the BMW and for my trade in which I thought was very fair. I bought the car that same night. Darrin sent me to Connor who got me a very good financing rate and away I went. I am extremely happy with my purchase and it was an absolute joy to work with both Darrin and Connor.
