Susan Ward & Steven were both wonderful. I walked in looking for a convertible, changed my mind about the model at least 20 times; after driving everyone crazy running all over finding options & keys I looking for a convertible, changed my mind about the model at least 20 times; after driving everyone crazy running all over finding options & keys I decided on the Countryman. Steven was an excellent stand-in with Susan busy helping another customer; he spent a lot of time showing us me lot of options. I must have driven 10 cars that evening. Susan was as excited as I was when I finally reached a decision, we both love the car; she has been so helpful, patient and generous with her time. I’m very happy with my selection and now that the rear bike rack is attached summer is perfect. More

Eric helped me navigate through these various options when placing the order, explaining the differences between individual choices versus package choices which typically provide a better value. This was after I attempted to make selections on the Mini website. It was good to talk with an expert versus just relying on a written explanation. Eric was realistic on order timing and the car arrived ahead of schedule. I traded in a 2009 coupe and felt I received a fair trade. More
