Took my 330xi in for service & spoke with Todd for warranty repairs & oil service. First time bringing my car into a BMW dealership - told me that everything would be under warranty no charge. I pick warranty repairs & oil service. First time bringing my car into a BMW dealership - told me that everything would be under warranty no charge. I pick up the car, bill for $280!! I asked why, another CSR looked up my history and said my maintenance expired at 36,000 miles & Oil service was not covered. HOWEVER, I was never told that there would be a charge for ANYTHING. I left the dealership without having to pay. Next day I get a call from Todd - irate and highly unprofessional claiming I am trying to screw him claiming that he clearly detailed the pricing for everything to me and I know for a fact that he did not. He says "Well its your word against mine and I guess the customer is always right" in a very mocking tone. He then proceeds to tell me "Don't ever bring your car back here." I then tell him that I am not trying to cause any trouble and tell him that he absolutely did not discuss any $. I told him that I plan on doing business with the BMW store and I have no intention of having a bad relationship. Again, "Like I said, the customer is always right" <br> "So you don't want me to bring my car back ever again? Is that what your manager said?" He then got quieter and said, "Well I haven't had that conversation with him yet." I then said "Well, I look forward to doing business with you in the future." At this point, Todd hung up. WORST customer service I have ever had at any vendor. <br>Go to Jake Sweeney BMW...they are the BEST.<br> More
