It was in 1979 that Tom Schwartz obtained his franchise from BMW. Prior to that, he had been deeply involved with BMWs as a technician. From 1971 – 1976, Tom ran an independent service repair business called The BMW Store. With those roots, his dealership has always placed a premium on customer service with the goal of assuring customers a hassle-free ownership experience. Today, nearly 125 employees at The BMW Store are dedicated to helping people discover the joys of driving a BMW.
There’s a highly trained, knowledgeable sales staff for both new and pre-owned BMWs, an inventory of over 100 new and pre-owned BMWs is maintained to provide excellent selection, and master technicians head service teams specialized in the various operating systems of BMWs. Our extensive assortment of well-maintained pre-owned cars are showcased in our state-of-the art Cincinnati showroom. These include BMW models, as well as those made by other marques. I started my car search in April with a test drive at the BMW Store, and came back for 2 or 3 more test drives. I had considered 2 or 3 other brands/models. But in the end it was Paul's friendliness and pati BMW Store, and came back for 2 or 3 more test drives. I had considered 2 or 3 other brands/models. But in the end it was Paul's friendliness and patience that sold me on this car in July. This could be the first of other BMW's I purchase. It has been a good experience working with Paul. More

Had been looking for the past 4 months for this car, was working w/a dealership in Louisville KY but they didn't follow up w/me. I found the car on line inquired about it and Darrin Penrod called me that Sunday within an our of my inquiry, we set up an appointment for me to check it out; I had no intent to purchase the car that day but Darrin was very persuasive and the car was awesome, so I bought it that day. Mr.. Penrod was very customer oriented, knowledgeable, proud of the company and products he represents. I couldn't be happier with my 2012 550ix and it truly was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. More

Experience was very pleasant. I called before hand and told John what I was looking for and my price range. When we arrived he had already chosen cars suitable for me. I had been saving to get a new car towards the end of 2013 or early 2014, but mechanical issues with my old car called for an expedited upgrade. I stopped by The BMW Store to talk to Chris about leasing 2013 or early 2014, but mechanical issues with my old car called for an expedited upgrade. I stopped by The BMW Store to talk to Chris about leasing a new 3 series convertible, and before I left, I had it all spec'd out and put down my deposit on an order. Throughout the order process Chris was very helpful. Everything from keeping me updated on the status of my car (even telling me the name of the boat it was on so I could obsessively stalk it), to giving me a loaner car for a few days when I needed one, to getting me some BMW swag and coordinating everything with the tint shop to get the windows taken care of. I went in frustrated with my old car, and without having the amount saved to be where I wanted to be with regards to purchasing a new one, and Chris worked with me every step to make sure I had an amazing experience. I've recommended The BMW Store to friends for years now, and will definitely continue to do so in the future. More

Jay was really great to deal with. Not your typical car salesman. We found the used mini we were looking for and Jay was VERY helpful with the process.
