When it came time to get a new car, I would like to replace my 3rd BMW 328I due to the high mileage. Paul knew the options I would like, then he found a BNW 328 Ix black but unfortunately not available immediately. So he found another one available immediately, a silver sport better and no much more expensive. Finally I made choice of this car and I got this car in a time period promised. Both Paul Kolleck and the finance manager made the process a great experience so I would definitely recommend the BMW Store to others. More

I recently purchased a 2010 BMW X5 from Christopher Hostetter at the BMW Store. This was my second used BMW purchased from John Beam at the BMW Store. I called him inquiring about test driving a car. After driving and discussing the car, we negotiated a good deal and I felt confident with my purchase. My previous experience with John was very positive as well. He was extremely patient with me as my decision process took much longer...weeks. I may have been able to find a less expensive deal elsewhere, but feel having the reassurance of a trusted dealership is well worth it to me! I recommend The BMW Store when looking for a new or used car to all my family and friends. More

I went into the store not sure if or when I was actually going to buy a car but ended up later in the evening with a BMW in my driveway. Customer service was fantastic. Chris was very helpful. I needed to have a late appointment and Chris had the car ready when promised. When i decided to purchase the car the dealership worked late to ready it for delivery. The price negotiated was an average market price, so good price, not great. More

I learned about The BMW Store through Cars.com. There were a couple reviews that were negative about this dealership and I almost did not make the drive, about an hour away from my home. A close friend of mine convinced me otherwise based upon his father's experience there with service for a 750. I'm glad I made my way past the negative feedback and learned in person for myself. This was my first car purchase in over 6 years. John and his finance manager went out of their way to make sure I could drive home my Mercedes E500. Not only did they get great financing, they also delivered a car as clean as new, including making sure I had a spare key. I would recommend The BMW store to my friends, and hope to buy my next car, maybe even a BMW from them. More
