My wife and I had an amazing experience when we purchased our BMW 5 Series from Darrin at the BMW of Cincinnati. We did not feel pressured to buy a car they wanted us to buy, rather Darrin helped us find a car that we felt very comfortable purchasing. We are very loyal customers and plan on buying cars from Darrin at BMW of Cincinnati for a very long time. He will definitely get a strong recommendation from my wife and I for anyone in the market. All of my research led me to the X3. All of my friend's recommendations led me to the BMWStore and Ed Besl specifically to purchase one. So I did. Unfortunately, my car had one of those 1 in a million recommendations led me to the BMWStore and Ed Besl specifically to purchase one. So I did. Unfortunately, my car had one of those 1 in a million gremlins. The BMWStore did everything to attempt to fix it and provide me alternative transportation. Its a very long story with too many details to recount here. At the end of the process however, which was completely painless, I was even happier that I purchased an X3 and ecstatic that I purchased it from Ed Besl and Ric Koresky. (and to top it off Ric bought us an order of sushi at the Embers the night we resolved everything to celebrate!) The car is a dream and Ed and Ric (and Dan Grey) were wonderful. The BMW brand promised me the ULTIMATE DRIVING EXPERIENCE - Ed, Rik, and Dan delivered on that promise. More
TERRIBLE DEALER!! I recently purchased a vehicle through their eBay store. Their “Terms and Conditions” specifically state to contact them within 24 hours to pay deposit and arrange payment. I did exactly that and when I called them they informed me that they made a decision to sell the vehicle to another customer. Their internet sales manager, Jeff Rose, and General Manager, Rich Winterman, both had nothing to say other than “there is nothing we can do about it”. Absolutely poor business practice and I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with them! More
I worked with John Beam to purchase a used BMW X5 in June, 2011. Finding a low mile BMW X5 was difficult and John was so helpful. He is honest too, we found a BMW he could have easily sold to me but reviewed the carfax with me and advised me against the purchase due to the number of previous owners. In the end, I found a 2008 X5 with only 32K miles, one owner who purchased from the BMW Store -- it was absolutely perfect. Thanks to John, I have the car of my dreams. Also, when you buy from the BMW store, you get free carwashes -- not just the outside, inside as well. Free of charge each Wednesday and Saturday (just tip) -- I've been in there and have seen folks not tip (I think that is tacky). I used their Service department one time as well (item under warranty), free rental cars (a brand new 5 series) and impeccable service. I highly recommend. More
I was looking to purchase a 535i X-drive GT and my husband had dealt with them before, so we went there to see if we couldn't make a deal. He wouldn't come down much on a Demo GT that had 7,000 miles on it (how can a 2011 demo get that many miles?) It was clearly a used car. If it was an employee using it, the owner, or whomever, it had too many miles not to be used. So I looked into pricing a new car to be ordered. They wouldn't lower the price but $500. I asked if there was any incentives, he said no (there is a $1,700 if you order Navigation and I was). Then I told him I was getting 2.5% off if I ordered a car from Jake Sweeney; so they said they would give me 3%-but still no incentive. I contacted another dealership in Kentucky and they were willing to deal $800 over dealer invoice plus incentive. My husband still wanted to give them a chance and emailed someone else to tell them about our deal. Paul came back with a smart remark if we give you $800 over invoice can we keep the incentive? If don't want to deal and you have plenty of money to spend, then go there. More

This is my third BMW purchase from this dealership. Tim from the service dept., was most helpfull and when it became apparent I needed a replacement car Tim introduced me to Ed. Ed was friendly, courteous, and very professional. I was very pleased that he offered me his loaner vehicle while my 328 was being manufactured. When it was time to take ownership Ed was very patient in explainging all the components of the vehicle. He helped me set up my blue tooth and make all the selections for the satellite radio. In the past purchasing a vehicle was not a pleasant event, but in this case it was exciting. I am very happy with the cars performance and I know either Ed or Tim will be there to answer questions going forward. More
Just when you think customer service is a thing of the past, you meet Scott Koronich (Pre-Owned Sales Manager) at the BMW Store. Truly a man of integrity! I'm on my second, pre-owned, certified X3. While nothing is perfect, Scott works hard to get as close to perfection as possible. He doesn't dodge responsibility but instead embraces "true" customer satisfaction. Additionally, Dean Stathes was my sales rep. Dean's follow up is spectacular too. I hope the BMW Store recognizes the value in these two men as if it wasn't for them, BMW's would not be in my future! I purchased a new BMW 135i from The BMW Store. This is my first BMW, and purchasing it from The BMW Store was a terrific experience. I found The BMW Store to be professional, friendly, courteous, and very responsive to my requests. An overall great experience. My salesperson (Jack Benedett) and the entire sales staff provided outstanding customer service, and they also provided me with an excellent price and a great deal on a brand new 2011 BMW 135i. They did not use some of the typical slimy car dealership sales tactics that you might find at other dealerships. Jack Benedett and Ric Koresky were professional and easy to work with. They didn't play games with me, they told me the truth, and they worked with me very easily and very quickly to find the best price they could for me. They were very professional and courteous, and did not pressure me into trying to purchase something I didn't want. I also had to trade-in my leased Toyota that I was still locked into a lease, and they provided a great, fair deal in helping me get out of my lease. My BMW had to built and delivered from Germany, and Jack provided me with responsive updates and answers to my questions as I waited for the car to be delivered. The car was delivered ahead of schedule and was in fantastic condition when I picked it up. They took their time in taking me through an orientation of the vehicle and the features and controls. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had at The BMW Store, and I will certainly be coming back to The BMW Store to purchase my next BMW X5 for my wife. More
