The BMW Store

I was looking quite a while for a quality used vehicle and when I came across the Toyota Highlander online at the BMW store I quickly went into action. I emailed the dealership on a Thursday evening and w and when I came across the Toyota Highlander online at the BMW store I quickly went into action. I emailed the dealership on a Thursday evening and within 10 minutes I received a call from Darren at the BMW Store. I had e-mailed many dealerships inquiring about certain cars and no one responded as fast and as promptly as Darren had. Being very polite we talked about the vehicle and arranged to meet so I could test drive the car. That Saturday the car was parked outside of the used car building waiting for my test drive. Darren met me outside before I got a chance to get into the building. I drove the car and love it and then we went inside to talk price and the deal he gave me was tremendous. I gave him a down payment on the Highlander and arranged to finance the rest through my Credit Union. The Whole experience from A to Z was fast friendly and hassle free. Service charges are one of the highest in the nation of all BMW dealerships. Second, I had to bring my car back because it was not repaired properly the first time. Chris did a good job making sure that I understood which "deal" would be better for me--buying or leasing. As it turned out I ended up leasing an X5 for 39 months. The cost of the car was about 61k and I wa "deal" would be better for me--buying or leasing. As it turned out I ended up leasing an X5 for 39 months. The cost of the car was about 61k and I was allowed 18k on my 2005 X5. Financially speaking, the deal was not the greatest one but I wanted out of the current car and I was willing to give up my equity just to be rid of a real lemon of a car. Overall I would rate Chris as a 4 plus. He has only been selling for two years and again he did a good job recognizing what I needed to do and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to deal with an honest young man. More
