Darrin did a very good job of presenting cars to me until there was one that "clicked". There was a snafu with one car he showed me that had already been sold, unbeknownst to him. I enquired about CPO 2010 328i X-drive using the on-line service that the dealer has on their website and asked two questions about the car. Within 5 minutes, I received an e-mail reply from Tony, the Sales service that the dealer has on their website and asked two questions about the car. Within 5 minutes, I received an e-mail reply from Tony, the Salesman, as well as a voicemail answering my questions about the car. I asked hime to hold the car and went to see it the following day. The sales staff were very professional and there was never any pressure put on me to buy the car or any other car they had for sale. The sale and resulting paperwork was finalized in a very friendly, "no pressure" manner which I appreciated. There were a few minor things that had to be taken care of and they were completed within a few days to my satisfaction. The car was even personally delivered to my house by the Salesman in person - which was very convenient, as I live an hour and a half away from the selling dealer. I have been contacted by both the Salesman and his Manager to find out if I have any concerns about the car and they have been great in responding to me. I will recommend this dealer to anyone who is interested in buying a BMW from a group of people who are caring and honest as well as true car enthusiasts. More
