My experience with BMW was effortless and awesome; I first spoke with Julian at the end of the summer about purchasing a car, at that time I was unsure about buying a car. He give me his card and told me to think about and when I was ready to come back and he would put me in a car that was in my price range and nice. I drove over 250 miles to see and buy this car. Darrin was very helpful BEFORE my trip, and "cut to the chase" on pricing. The deal on my trade was spot on my expectations. I went to the dealership to purchase a new car. Overall I rate the experience as 'good' and will service my car at the dealership and purchase car{s} in the future from them. The only reason why I don't I rate the experience as 'good' and will service my car at the dealership and purchase car{s} in the future from them. The only reason why I don't rate the experience as 'great' is because my salesrep,Darren didn't go into detail explaining the amenities/options with the car when I was looking at them. I ended up buying a Mini which has a number of controls/features that Darren flew threw explaining some of them after I purchased the car. Afterwards, I watched several YouTube videos that went into detail about the car's options and I learned about several things that Darren didn't mention {ie, hidden compartment in dash} that have made me fall in love with the car even more. Outside of that, I was very pleased with the service by Darren and the dealership. My only feedback to future car owners is to do some research on the car before you purchase it so that you know what it has to offer if the sales staff does not go into detail on all of the bells and whistles. More

I was looking for an X1 with a certain set of options. Chris searched the system and found a good match still on a ship on its way to another dealer in the US. He was able to get the car re-assigned, and Chris searched the system and found a good match still on a ship on its way to another dealer in the US. He was able to get the car re-assigned, and a few weeks later, I took delivery. The trade-in and pickup was great! Chris accomodated my schedule with an evening pickup, and quickly went over the car's features. Since I was already trading in an E90, Chris focused on the differences between the cars. Great job!
