Chris did a good job making sure that I understood which "deal" would be better for me--buying or leasing. As it turned out I ended up leasing an X5 for 39 months. The cost of the car was about 61k and I wa "deal" would be better for me--buying or leasing. As it turned out I ended up leasing an X5 for 39 months. The cost of the car was about 61k and I was allowed 18k on my 2005 X5. Financially speaking, the deal was not the greatest one but I wanted out of the current car and I was willing to give up my equity just to be rid of a real lemon of a car. Overall I would rate Chris as a 4 plus. He has only been selling for two years and again he did a good job recognizing what I needed to do and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to deal with an honest young man. More

I was sold a "warranty extension" and 2 1/2 years later told it really was only a "maintenance plan". I have left a message with the person (Chico) service recommended I talk to. He never returned my call. I sent a letter to my salesperson (Jay Sofranec) and the Mini manager (Michael Ingram) to get help. They never contacted me. Then I sent a letter to Richard Winterman, general manager of the BMW Store. He had sent a generic email asking about my recent trip with service. I replied using the "No, your team has not attempted to contact me to get my concern resolved.". Still no contact. So I sent letters directly to his office and to this date no one has called me. This can only lead me to believe that it is common practice for them to sell the "maintenance plan" as an "warranty extension" plan. Not impressed. More
Paul is a friendly, experienced professional who exceeded my expectations as a salesman. This was my first time buying a BMW so I had many questions about the new X3. He was patient answering my questions my expectations as a salesman. This was my first time buying a BMW so I had many questions about the new X3. He was patient answering my questions about safety features, gas efficiency, and resale value. He helped me obtain financing, and demonstrated all the new equipment, including Serius radio, gps, etc. Overall an excellent experience buying my first BMW. More

Darrin and team made the 775 mile round-trip drive to pick up my new car completely worth it. Darrin was fabulous. I really hated my current car but was limited on price, financing, etc. He helped me find the used car I liked and then was so professional in every way.
