This dealership has one of the highest labor charges in the nation. They make their money off of warranty work but as soon as your car's warranty has expired, you are out of luck. This dealership is about turning cars over before they get mileage on them, they are incredibly customer unfriendly if you need out of warranty work. Don't be fooled by the phony white coats-try any of the numerous independent BMW repair shops in town. In every one of the independent shops, they will all tell you the reason they no longer work at the BMW Store. If you must use a dealer, go to Jake Sweeney they are more honest and their prices are more reasonable. More

Darrin did a very good job of presenting cars to me until there was one that "clicked". There was a snafu with one car he showed me that had already been sold, unbeknownst to him.
