Both Dean and Tammy at the BMW Store made my car buying experience delightful. I purchased 2 Mini Coopers from the dealership in the past but this was my first experience with the BMW staff and I couldn't experience delightful. Darrin Penrod was very knowledgable of the features of our X5 and was very professional in his treatment of us. There were a few items that needed to be addressed prior to our purchase and Darrin put for our X5 and was very professional in his treatment of us. Dean really went the extra mile to find the exact vehicle we wanted, which was on a boat coming over from Germany. I was looking for an X1 with a certain set of options. Chris searched the system and found a good match still on a ship on its way to another dealer in the US. He was able to get the car re-assigned, and a few weeks later, I took delivery. The trade-in and pickup was great! Chris accomodated my schedule with an evening pickup, and quickly went over the car's features. Since I was already trading in an E90, Chris focused on the differences between the cars. Great job! I was looking quite a while for a quality used vehicle and when I came across the Toyota Highlander online at the BMW store I quickly went into action. I emailed the dealership on a Thursday evening and w and when I came across the Toyota Highlander online at the BMW store I quickly went into action. I emailed the dealership on a Thursday evening and within 10 minutes I received a call from Darren at the BMW Store. I had e-mailed many dealerships inquiring about certain cars and no one responded as fast and as promptly as Darren had. Being very polite we talked about the vehicle and arranged to meet so I could test drive the car. That Saturday the car was parked outside of the used car building waiting for my test drive. Darren met me outside before I got a chance to get into the building. I drove the car and love it and then we went inside to talk price and the deal he gave me was tremendous. I gave him a down payment on the Highlander and arranged to finance the rest through my Credit Union. The Whole experience from A to Z was fast friendly and hassle free. The F & I director was also great to deal with as well. If you are looking for a great car buying experience look no further than Darren Penrod at the BMW Store. Bob Bell More
The purchase experience was excellent. I thought Chris was excellent to work with and felt that he was the perfect sales person for me. He understood my car needs and was able to keep me informed/updated was excellent to work with and felt that he was the perfect sales person for me. It's pretty early in the game, to rate the entire BMW experience for me. I think that the total experience would be the life of the lease. I hope the BMW Store does keep this positive relationship up at the maintenance times. I have heard and seen some bad stories about how they do not live up to their customers expectations. More

Service charges are one of the highest in the nation of all BMW dealerships. Second, I had to bring my car back because it was not repaired properly the first time.
